急症内镜下尿道会师术治疗尿道断裂伤 被引量：3

摘要 尿道断裂是泌尿外科常见的急诊之一，主要由骨盆骨折或骑跨伤等闭合伤引起[1]。治疗尿道断裂的目的是让患者恢复自主排尿，避免尿道狭窄。对此，临床处理方法很多。近年来输尿管镜已被用于尿道断裂的外科手术治疗。我院2009-05-2013-06采用输尿管镜尿道会师术治疗尿道断裂21例，取得较好疗效，现报道如下。 1临床资料 1.1一般资料本组21例患者均为男性，年龄18-65岁，平均42岁；致伤原因为骨盆骨折7例，骑跨伤11例，其他原因外伤3例。均为伤后6h内就诊。表现为尿道口流血、排尿困难，6例有不同程度的阴囊会阴血肿。经诊断性导尿和尿道造影等检查确认尿道球部断裂14例，尿道膜部断裂7例。
