摘要
设备综合效率(OEE)是全面生产维护(TPM)的重要组成部分。现如今,OEE在现代工业领域得到了越来越广泛的应用。文中引入Cycle Time(单循环时间)对传统OEE计算公式加以改进,在此基础上以设备综合效率作为衡量指标进行诊断分析,并以国内某企业生产线为例,对其进行了对设备利用率、人员效率以及质量合格率三方面进行了诊断研究,并提出了改进意见,对产能的提高起到了积极的作用。
Overall Equipment Effectiveness （OEE） is an important part of Total Productive Maintenance（TPM）, nowadays Overall Equipment Effectiveness is being used increasingly in the field of modern industry. This paper introduces Cycle Time to ameliorate the tradition arithmetic of OEE, and make a diagnostic., analysis using enterprise＇s equipment effectiveness as index. Taking an domestic enterprise as example, we study on the availability, performance, quality, are studiced. Finally the improvement measures is put forward, and it does active work in improving the capacity.
