摘要
社会主义协商民主是中国共产党结合政治协商的发展经验,探索适应多元化社会发展要求所建构起来的一套民主制度体系。推进协商民主广泛多层制度化发展,要通过一系列科学的制度安排、程序设计以及政治实践,促成社会上各种政治主体之间广泛协商和互动治理,使广大人民群众都能充分和便利地行使宪法所赋予的民主权利。
Socialist consultative democracy is an institutional system that was established by the CPC by taking into ac-count the experience of political consultation development and the needs for diversified social development.In order to advance the extensive and institutional development of consultative democracy,we shall,through a series of scientific institutional arrangements,program designing and political practice,facilitate the extensive consultation and mutual administration between various political bodies,thus enabling the people to fully and conveniently exercise their consti-tutional democratic rights.
