摘要
目的 观察雅皓乳膏治疗牙龈炎的临床疗效。方法 将 6 0名单纯性牙龈炎患者 ,随机分成实验组和对照组 (各 30例 )。观察用乳膏前后临床症状和菌斑指数、牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数的变化。结果两组用乳膏前牙周各项指数的平均值无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。用乳膏 4周后有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 雅皓乳膏对牙龈炎症有一定的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical effective of the treatment for gingivitis by yahao medical toothpaste. Methods 60 patients suffering from gingivitis were devided into test group and control group randomly. The changes of clinical sign, plaque index, gingival index and sulcus bleeding index were observed before and after using yahao. Results Before treatment ,the average of each periodontal index between two groups showed no difference by statistics ( P >0.05), however, there were apparent difference ( P <0.01) at 4 weeks after treatment. Conclusion Yahao medical toothpaste for treating gingivitis in some degree has clinical effective significance.
