摘要
目的 评价新型钛75种植体与骨界面的形成。方法 将钛75种植体种植于狗双侧下颌第3、4前磨牙新鲜拨牙创 ,术后 4w、12w进行形态学与定量组织学观察。结果 钛75种植体具有良好的生物相容性 ,钛75与骨形成良好的骨界面。结论 钛75是一种理想的种植材料 ,可望广泛应用于临床。
Objective To evaluate the Ti 75 implants and bone interface.Methods Ti 75 implants were inserted immediately into the extraction sockets. Specimens were observed by morphological and quantitative histological analysis at 4w and 12w after operation.Results Ti 75 implant showed good biocompatibility and formed implant bone interface.Conclusion Ti 75 is an ideal implant material and a variety of clinical applications may be expected.
