摘要
建立宏观收入调控体系既是社会主义市场经济发展的客观要求 ,也是改革分配制度、缩小收入差距、防止两极分化的必然选择。宏观收入调控体系是政府为维护社会公平 ,在调节个人收入分配过程中采用的行政手段、法律手段、经济手段和监督手段所构成的统一体。我国已开始建立宏观收入调控体系 ,但还存在着许多缺陷 ,必须通过改革不断予以完善。
Building the control system of macroscopic income is objectively required both by the development of the socialist market economy,and reforming the distribution system to minimile the difference of income and preventing the two extreme tendencies.The control system of macroscopic income is on united system composed of administration means,legal means,economic means and supervision means,which are carried out by the govenment to safeguard the social equity and adjust the distribition of personal income .Though we have made attempts to build the control system of macroscopic income,there are still many drawbacks that must be improved by reforming.
