摘要
目的 :探讨肾阳虚证的本质及补肾中药右归饮的作用机理。方法 :以大剂量醋酸可的松造成大鼠肾阳虚模型 ,取其下丘脑进行扫描电镜观察。结果 :1 .肾阳虚大鼠下丘脑正中隆起室管膜细胞超微结构发生改变 ,细胞出现孔洞。2 .右归饮能够逆转肾阳虚所致下丘脑正中隆起室管膜细胞超微结构的改变。结论 :肾阳虚大鼠下丘脑正中隆起室管膜细胞存在着超微结构的改变和损伤 ,右归饮对这种超微结构的改变和损伤具有逆转作用 ,说明肾阳虚证与下丘脑正中隆起室管膜细胞的结构和功能改变密切相关。
Objective:To explore the essence of kidney yang deficiency and therapeutical mechanism of kidney tonify herbs Yougui Yin.Methods:To make model of kidney yang deficiency by injecting acetic acid cortisone in rats and to observe median eminance ependymocytes of hypothalamus of it by scanning electron microscopy.Results:1.There were change of ultrastructure and holes on median eminance ependymocytes of hypothalamus in kidney yang deficiency rats.2.Yougui Yin can reverse the ultrastructure change of median eminance ependymocytes of hypothalamus in kidney yang deficiency rats.Conclusion:There were change and damnification of ultrastructure of median eminance ependymocytes of hypothalamus in kidney yang deficiency rats.Yougui Yin.can reverse it.It showed that there was a connection between median eminance ependymocytes of hypothalamus and kidney yang deficiency.
