摘要
目的:初步揭示慢性腰背痛患者腰阳关穴艾灸热敏现象的脑电机制。方法:运用高密度脑电与神经计算技术,记录慢性腰背痛患者腰阳关穴灸前、灸中和灸后脑电信号并分析。结果:接受艾灸的25位患者中12位出现明显热敏现象。艾灸热敏现象伴随theta,alpha和beta频段功率谱密度增高。脑电地形图提示theta和beta频段PSD变化以额顶区为主,而alpha频段则为广泛性变化。此外,热敏现象伴随theta和beta频段相位一致性。而未出现热敏现象的患者以上变化均不明显。结论:研究提示,艾灸热敏现象伴随广泛脑电信号改变,脑电可能成为艾灸热敏现象的相对客观指标。其变化的行为相关性值得深入研究。
Objective:To explore the EEG mechanisms of heat-sensitization responses in chronic low back pain patients receiving suspended moxibustion.Methods:EEG signals were recorded and analyzed with high-density EEG recording system and neurocomputation in chronic low back pain patients before,during and after suspended moxibustion at Yaoyangguan (DU3).Results:We performed EEG in a group of patients with chronic low back pain before,during and after moxibustion treatment at DU3.12 out of 25 subjects experienced strong heat-sensitization during moxibustion,which were accompanied with increased power spectral densities at the theta,alpha and beta frequency bands.The scalp topographies of averaged power indicated that the theta and beta PSD changes were most obvious in fronto-central regions whereas those of the alpha band were more global.In addition,heat-sensitization induced increased phase coherence at the theta and beta ranges.In contrast,non-sensitized patients showed much less significant changes.Conclusion:These data were the first objective evidence suggesting the presence of heat-sensitization responses during suspended moxibustion,which were characterized by widespread oscillatory changes in scalp EEG.Their behavioural correlates are worthy of further investigation.
