摘要
介绍超微型汽车玻璃钢车身的研制。根据车身的要求,进行配方设计、结构设计、手糊成型工艺条件确定。样车经25000km可靠性试验,达到设计要求。
This paper introduces the development of the super-minicar body of glass fibre reinforced plastics, and the formulation and construction design, decision on the forming process according to the requirement of the body. The prototype car has satisfied the design requirements after 25000 km reliability test.
