摘要 研究皖南花公猪性腺生长发育规律表明 ,睾丸重量在出生时为 0 .4 3~ 0 .50 g,2 4 0日龄之后达到92 .33~ 97.75g;附睾重量在 4 5日龄时为 1 .1 2 g,2 4 0日龄达到 34 .50 g;睾丸体积 ( y)随日龄 ( x)的生长可以用模型 y=a+ bx+ cx2 来描述 ,其中 a、 b和 c为模型参数。前列腺、精囊腺和尿道球腺重量在出生时分别为0 .2 1、 0 .1 3和 0 .2 6 g,2 4 0日龄后分别达到 8.2 7、 1 82 .0 0和 1 53.83g;副性腺的生长呈现出指数生长模式。公猪性腺的生长发育与血浆中生长激素和睾酮的水平具有明显的正相关。 The results of this study on growth and development of sexual glands of Wannanhua boars indicate that the testis weight is from 0 43 to 0 50 g at birth,compared with from 92 33 to 97 75 g at 240 days The epididymis weight is from 1 12 g at 45 days, compared with 34 50 g at 240 days The growth of testis volume (y) with days (x) can be presented by a model of y=a+bx+cx 2 in which a,b and c capture the model parameters,respectively The weights of prostate gland, vesicular gland and cowper's gland are 0 21, 0 13 and 0 26 g at birth,compared with 8 27, 182 00 and 153 83 g at 240 days respectively,which can be described by exponential growth curves There is a significant relationship between the growth and development of sexual glands and the levels of hormone (GH and T) in blood serum of Wannanhua boars
