摘要
在当前世界竞技体育职业化和商业化的深刻背景下,高强度、密集型的赛制模式对运动员的体能水平提出了新要求,促进了传统体能训练方法的发展和演变。近年来,美国职业体育的繁荣催生出体能训练理论和实践领域的新发展,中国奥委会在备战伦敦奥运会周期与美国具有代表性的AP训练机构合作,进行了身体功能训练团队工作的实践,给中国国家队带来了新的训练理念和方法体系。介绍了团队工作中FMS测试、物理治疗、身体功能训练三项主体实践内容,对其中揭示的问题进行重点解析,对国家队的整体实践探索过程进行述评;对当前国内体能训练领域的阶段定位、人才培养机制及行业协会发展、批判继承和创建自主特色的训练体系等方面进行反思,并提出相关针对性建议。
Under the profound background of professionalized and commercialized world＇s com- petitive sports, the high intensity and concentrated schedule of competitions put forward new demands on athletes＇ physical capacity, which also bring in the evolution of traditional strength and conditioning training. The prosperity of American professional sport in recent years ad- vanced the development and progression of principles and methods in performance training are- a. The Chinese Olympic Committee collaborated with the Athletes ＇ Performance, which is a representative organization of US training system, during the preparing time of London Olym- pics. This cooperation successful brought the new training concepts and methods to national teams. This article introduces the three main parts including FMS test, Physical therapy and Functional training, analyzes the revealed problems and makes a conclusive comment on the practical exploration of Functional Training-Team China. Towards the stage of domestic strength and conditioning field, coach＇ s education system and development of professional asso- ciation, critically inheriting abroad training systems as well as constructing native characteristic system, the article gives revelations and also provides with relevant suggestions to the future development direction of Chinese performance training.
