摘要
选用 1日龄尼克红蛋公雏 80 5只 ,随机分成 7个组 ,Ⅰ～Ⅵ组为试验组 ,在饲料中分别添加以不同剂量的Zn、Se、VC、VE、BFA(生化黄腐酸 )配合而成的CoBFA ,第Ⅶ组为对照。分别计数红细胞数、白细胞总数、白细胞分类计数 ,测定血红蛋白含量 ,比较各组血液指标变化情况 ,分析各因素与雏鸡血液指标相关性 ,遴选最适组合。结果表明 ,红细胞与VC、BFA显著相关 (p<0 .0 5 ) ;淋巴细胞与VC 极显著相关 (p <0 .0 1) ,与VE、BFA显著相关 (p <0 .0 5 ) ;血红蛋白含量与Zn、Se呈较强正相关 ;白细胞总数与BFA、VC、VE呈较强正相关。
805one-day-old Nike Hong chicken were divided into 7 groups randomly and group Ⅶ was control. The feed fed to the trail groups ( GⅠ-Ⅵ ) were mixed with CoBFA added Zn, Se, V_C, V_E, BFA with different level. Some blood indices (erythrocyte, leucotyte, differential leucocyte count, hemoglobin, neutrophilic leucocyte, lymphocyte ) were amounted and correlation between CoBFA and blood indices were observed to get the optimal CoBFA formula. The results indicated that (1) erythrocyte correlated with V_C, BFA significantly (p<0.05); 2) lymphocyte amounts correlated with V_C (p<0.01 ) and V_E, BFA (p<0.05) significantly;(3) Correlation between hemoglobin and Zn, Se, and leucocyte amounts and BFA, V_C, V_E were significantly positive.
