摘要
可持续农业有两个支撑体系 :一是可持续农业技术体系 ,二是可持续农业制度体系 ,两者相辅相承 ,但近年来我国理论界和实际工作者对可持续农业制度的研究非常薄弱。基于这一认识 ,本文揭示了可持续农业制度的基本特征 ,概括和总结了阻滞中国农业可持续发展的主要制度障碍 ,在此基础上论证和提出了加快可持续农业制度体系建设的重点与任务。
Sustainable agriculture has two important aspects,one is sustanavle agricultural technique system,and the other is sustainable agricultural institution system(SAIS).SAIS is critical.This paper states the target and connotations of SAIS,and explores the key limiting institute factors of agricultural sustainable development in China.On this basis,the countermeasures are putforward.
