摘要
目的：探讨α-硫辛酸在糖尿病（DM）合并腕管综合征（CTS）治疗中的作用。方法：40例DM＋CTS及37例非DM的CTS患者均给予α-硫辛酸＋甲钴胺＋维生素B1治疗，并于治疗前后行电生理检查，评价治疗效果。结果：两组经治疗后感觉神经传导速度、感觉神经动作电位波幅及运动神经复合肌动作电位波幅均有改善，但DM＋CTS组改善更明显，尤其对感觉神经传导速度改善明显，差异有统计学意义。结论：α-硫辛酸联合甲钴胺能更好地改善DM＋CTS患者的感觉神经传导功能。
Objective： To explore the function of c~ lipoie acid combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic patients with carpal tunnel syndrome（CTS）. Methods：40 diabetic patients with CTS and 37 patients with CTS but without diabetes were treated with a-lipoic acid and mecobalamin. Results Afl;er the treatment,the sensory conduction velocity（SCV） and the sensory nerve action potential（SNAP） amplitudes increased in the two groups,and the compound muscle action potential（CMAP） latency was shortened. But in the diabetic group, the SCV was improved more significantly than in the controls. Con- clusion： a-lipoicaci combind with mecobalamin can play a better vole in the treatment of effect diabetic pa- tients with CTS.
