取卵日不同大小卵泡获得的母细胞质量差异分析

摘要 目的 探讨在取卵日卵泡直径及其所获得的卵母细胞成熟度、卵裂、受精的关系,并对其相关性进行分析.方法 选取接受体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitor fertilization embryo transfer,IVF-ET)治疗的患者,经阴道超声引导穿刺获得的90个卵泡及其卵母细胞,对其卵泡大小、卵母细胞成熟度、受精评分及卵裂评分进行对比分析.结果 共获取的90个卵泡分为A组大卵泡组(直径≥16,nm)35个、B组中卵泡组(12 mm≤直径<16mm)34个、C组小卵泡组(直径< 12mm)21个,各组的卵母细胞成熟度、卵裂评分、受精评分比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01);并且通过相关性分析发现卵泡大小与各组评分均呈正相关(P<0.01).结论 取卵日不同大小卵泡与卵母细胞质量存在一定差异,卵泡越大,卵母细胞质量越好,受精率越高.
