饮食、运动的生活方式干预对超重、肥胖2型糖尿病患者糖代谢的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的 探讨饮食、运动的生活方式干预对超重或肥胖的2型糖尿病患者糖代谢的影响.方法 选取中山市244例超重或肥胖的2型糖尿病患者,根据2010年版《中国2型糖尿病防治指南》,通过问卷横断面调查,评估其血糖达标情况,调查了解患者是否有进行饮食、运动的生活方式干预,比较有饮食、运动的生活方式干预组与无饮食、运动的生活方式干预组患者体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)等指标的差异.结果 有饮食、运动的生活方式干预组患者的BMI较无饮食、运动生活方式干预组低,体重有减轻,但两组比较无统计学差异(P> 0.05);FBG、PBG、HbA1c较无饮食、运动的生活方式干预组明显降低,两组比较有统计学差异(P< 0.01).结论 饮食、运动的生活方式干预治疗可以有效降低肥胖糖尿病患者的血糖、糖化血红蛋白,改善病情;饮食、运动的生活方式干预是治疗超重、肥胖2型糖尿病患者的有效重要的措施. Objective To evaluate the effects of diet and exercise lifestyle intervention to glucose metabolism of overweight and obese type 2 diabetic patients.Methods This survey randomly recruited 244 overweight and obese type 2 diabetic patients.According to the Chinese Guideline on Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes,a cross-sectional investigation was performed to evaluate targeted status of blood sugar and glycated hemoglobin (HbAlc).This survey investigated the patients whether they had lifestyle intervention on diet and exercise or not; and also compared the diet and exercise lifestyle between intervention group and the group without diet and exercise lifestyle intervention.Results By comparing with fasting plasma glucose (FBG)and postprandial blood glucose at 2 hour (PBG) and HbA1c,we could see that there was statistical significant difference (P < 0.05).But compared with body mass index (BMI),there was no statistical significant difference (P > 0.05).Conclusion Diet and exercise lifestyle intervention can help the overweight and obese diabetic type 2 patients reduce their blood sugar and HbA1c,and can improve the disease status.Diet and exercise lifestyle intervention is effective and important measure in treatment for overweight and obesity type 2 diabetes.
