摘要
随着我国工程建设事业的不断发展,我国水利水电工程项目上马也呈上升势头。由于水利水电工程变化因素多,经常会出现设计变更、施工条件变化以及工期调整的情况,易产生合同变更风险,因此如何解决水利水电工程施工合同中的变更和索赔事项就显得至关重要。笔者根据自己实际工作经历,探讨如何运用一些技巧方法解决水利水电工程施工合同中的变更索赔问题,从而减少或者消除履约的风险,为施工方提供合同签约经验依据。
With the continuous development of China＇s construction business,water and hydropower construction also shows a booming trend.Many factors change easily in water conservancy and hydropower project,such as the change of design or execution conditions,and adjust of construction period.Thus,there is vital issue that how to solve the matter of contract and claims change in water conservancy and hydropower project construction.Based on author＇ s practical experience,the article discussed how to use some skills to solve the problem of altering claims in water and hydropower construction contract and reduce or eliminate the risk of compliance.
