摘要
[目的]探讨高原电解铝碳阳极生产中产生的高水分水合焦油的最佳分离方法。[方法]分别采用离心分离、过滤分离、破乳剂、微波辐射、常压蒸馏等方法,对水合沥青焦油废水进行油水分离对比试验。[结果]常压蒸馏方法可分离水合沥青焦油,脱水率为70.00%,焦油含水率小于5%,达到沥青焦油回用指标。[结论]该研究为高水分水合沥青焦油分离方法的选择提供了科学依据。
[Objective] The study aimed to discuss a suitable separation method for hydrated asphalt tar with high moisture produced during plateau aluminum production.[Method] Through centrifugation,filtration,emulsifier,microwave radiation and atmospheric distillation,we tried to separate water from hydrated asphalt tar.[Result] Using atmospheric distillation,more water could be separated from hydrated asphalt tar,and the dewatering rate reached 70.00%,while water content in the tar was less than 5%,achieving the recycling target of asphalt tar.[Conclusion] The research could provide scientific references for the separation of hydrated asphalt tar with high moisture.
