摘要
[目的]研究黄精驯化栽培不同处理对株高生长速度的影响.[方法]以野生黄精鲜根为试材,研究驯化栽培中光照及水分对株高增长速度——株高月净增量的影响.[结果]5月份,遮阴比全光照栽培利于提高黄精株高生长速度,两者达极显著差异;6 ～8月份无显著差异（P＞0.05）.灌溉措施仅在5月份对株高增长速度影响显著（P＜0.05）,后期灌溉反而不利.[结论]有利于提高株高生长速度的较优栽培措施为：遮阴条件下,5月份前期采取灌溉措施,5月份后期及以后生长期,无需灌溉.
[Objective]To study the effects of different treatments on plant height growth speed in domestication and cultivation of Polygonatum sibiricum.[Method] With wild P.sibiricum fresh roots as the test materials to study on the effects of light and moisture on plant growth speedthe net monthly incremental strains in domestication and cultivation.[Result] The results showed that in May,shade was better than full light to improve the plant height growth speed,they are extremely significant difference; In June-August there was no significant difference.Irrigation measures only has significant effects on plant growth speed in May; The late irrigation adverse instead.[Conclusion] Measures to improve plant height growth speed of the optimal cultivation are：under the condition of shade,irrigated in early stage in May and no irrigation in late period of May and the later growth period.
