摘要
本文首先指出[1]定理2证明中的一处错误。然后给出[1]中定义的三种两步估计效率的新下界,并将新的界与[1]中相应的下界进行了比较。
In this paper, it is pointed out that there is an error in the proof of theorem 2 in[l], and given the new lower bounds for the three efftenciencies of the two-stage estimate defined in [1] and the comparsions between the new bounds and the corresponding bounds in [1] of the efficenciencies.
