摘要
介绍了有机涂层剥离的关键影响因素,并阐述了先进的微区电化学测试技术,包括扫描参比电极技术(SRET)、扫描振动参比电极技术(SVET)、扫描开尔文探针(SKP)、局部电化学阻抗谱(LEIS)等在有机涂层剥离研究中的应用进展。将近年来逐渐成熟的具有高空间分辨率的微区电化学理论和研究方法应用于有机涂层剥离的研究,对于探索剥离的扩展规律和机制,从本质上认识涂层/金属界面过程具有重要意义。
The critical affecting factors of the coating disbonding are introduced. The applications of advanced localized electrochemical measurement techniques, including scanning reference electrode technique (SRET), scanning vibrating electrode technique (SVET), scanning Kelvin probe (SKP), and localized electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (LEIS) in the field of coating disbonding are also expounded. The use of high spatially resolved localized electrochemical measurement techniques in the area of coating disbonding has vital significance for the exploration of the metal/coating interface process.
