摘要
在分析回转轴力磁学性质的基础上 ,开发出无触点扭矩仪 .该仪器由新研制的非接触式霍尔扭矩传感器、前置电路、数据采集及微机信号处理装置组成 ,适用于石油钻机扭矩的非接触测量 ,并可方便地应用于其他回转机械的扭矩监测 .
A non contact torque instrument is developed on the basis of analyzing mechanical and magnetic characters of rotating shafts. This instrument consists of a new non contact torque sensor containing Hall element, front end circuit, data collecting system and signal processing unit. The instrument is suitable to non contact measuring of torque of oil well drilling machine, and also can be used to torque monitoring and measuring of other rotating machinery conveniently.
