摘要
研究了 4 0 Cr钢不同显微组织的超声波衰减系数α .实验结果表明 ,对于珠光体 +铁素体、淬火马氏体及回火马氏体 3种组织 ,珠光体 +铁素体的超声波衰减系数最大 ,回火马氏体的最小 ;就同一组织而言 ,α随着超声波频率 f的增加而增加 ,并且得到了二者之间的指数关系式 .
Ultrasonic attenuation coefficients of microstructures of 40Cr steel are studied.The results show that the microstructures are related to the attenuation coefficients. Among pearlite plus ferrite, quenched martensite, and tempered martensite, α of pearlite plus ferrite is the biggest, α of tempered martensite is the smallest.For the same microstructure, α increases along with the increase of ultrasonic frequency f , the exponential function between them is obtained.
