摘要
讨论了 PEG- ( IDA- Cu) 2 与 His发生反应形成配合物 PEG- ( IDA- Cu) 2 - ( His) n的依据及其影响因素 ,依据 PEG- ( IDA- Cu) 2 溶液中加入 His后 ,其最大吸收波长由 2 38nm红移至 2 58nm,从而表明 PEG- ( IDA- Cu) 2 与 His已结合 ,并推测为 PEG- ( IDA- Cu) 2 上的 Cu与 His咪唑基上的 N配位而致 .选择条件 p H=7.70 ,离子强度 I<1.6mol/ L,该配合物在 2 h内稳定 .该反应用于 His的检测 ,方法的线性范围为 0~ 60 μg/ m L ,相关系数 R=0 .999.
The reaction of PEG- (IDA- Cu) 2 with His to form complex compound PEG- (IDA- Cu) 2 - (His) n and its influence factors are discussed.When His is added to PEG- (IDA- Cu) 2 solution ,the absorption maximum of PEG- (IDA- Cu) 2 moved from 2 38nm to 2 5 8nm .This indicates that the complex compound PEG- (IDA- Cu) 2 - (His) nis formed and we infer that the 'N'on of His combines with the 'Cu'of PEG- (IDA- Cu) 2 to bring out the result.At p H=7.7and I(Na Cl) <1 .6 mol/ L,the complex compound is stable in 2 h.Using the reaction,the content of His is determined.The method is good linear in the range of0~ 6 0 μg/ m L with R=0 .999.
