摘要
医患关系是在医生了解患者病情和患者理解医生诊断的一个交互式的过程中形成的。语言在整个交互过程中起着举足轻重的作用。在社会语言学的理论背景下,以社会语言学研究方法中的访谈和参与观察法收集相关案例,并分别从称呼语的选择、请求语的选择和医学术语的使用等三个方面对医患对话案例进行分析和总结。结论表明:医患关系的问题受到医患对话的影响,而医患之间能否良好沟通又主要是受到了医生和患者的性别、年龄、受教育程度和社会身份、地位等方面的影响。从医学教育、医生以及医院自身出发做相应调整以期有助于提高医患之间沟通的质量。
Doctor-patient relationship is formed through the interactton wnen aoc^orb gel patients＇ physical condition and patients understand doctors＇ diagnosis, during which language plays an essential role. In the context of sociolinguistic theories, this essay analyses doctor-patient conversations based on the cases collected through interview and observation. The cases are collected, sorted and analyzed from addressing terms, directives and medical jargons. It concludes that the problems involved in doctor-patient relationship are affected by their conversations in which gender, age, education and social identity all play important roles. Efforts are needed in medical education, doctors as well as patients in hopes of improving the communicative quality between doctors and patients.
