摘要
随着经济快速发展,食品安全已成为各国关注焦点。我国食品安全监管存在立法不细致、执法标准不统一和法律体制不健全等问题。在借鉴西方发达国家先进食品安全监管立法措施的基础上,我国食品安全监管法律体系和方法应在如下几个方面加以完善:完善我国食品安全监管法律体系;构建我国食品质量标准体系;形成联动监督执法机制;提高监管执法水平;依法建设食品安全快速预警反应机制;构建良好的食品安全监管环境。
