In this paper, Gou Gu theorem and Cosine theorem are developed. Therefore, the scope of their application will be broaden. If simple curve graph of right angled trianggle rim is similar, then curve length will satisfy Gou Gu theorem, and general triangle will also conform to Cosine theorem.
