摘要
设计了开关电源控制芯片 UC1 52 5A的宏模型 ,它能模拟 UC1 52 5A的误差放大、软启动、脉冲宽度调制、关断控制等行为 ,该模型已用 Analogy的 Mast语言实现。模拟结果表明 ,该模型精度高 。
A macro-model of a switching power supply control IC is designed, which can simulate actions of error amplifier, soft-starting, pulse width modulation, and cut-out control of the circuit It has been realized by using Mast language of Analogy company Results from simulation show that the model has high accuracy and good stability
