摘要
目的 探究并分析西酞普兰辅助治疗脑卒中后抑郁临床疗效和安全性,旨在优化脑卒中后抑郁患者治疗方案.方法选取我院内科2010 年12 月-2012 年12 月收治的80 例脑卒中后抑郁患者为研究对象,根据患者自愿原则分为对照组和观察组,对照组35 例,在脑卒中基础治疗的基础上给予阿米替林治疗;观察组45 例,在基础治疗的基础上给予西酞普兰治疗.采用汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和不良反应量表（TESS）评价两组患者临床疗效和安全性.结果 治疗前,两组HAMD 评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,两组患者治疗后抑郁程度均有不同程度改善,但观察组总有效率82.22%显著高于对照组的62.86%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组不良反应发生率为37.78%,显著低于对照组的62.86%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论西酞普兰辅助治疗脑卒中后抑郁临床疗效显著,具有安全高效等特点,值得临床进一步推广.
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of post-stroke depression patients by citalopram adjuvant therapy in order to optimize the treatment on post-stroke depression patients. Methods Eighty post-stroke depression patients who were in the department of internal medicine in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012 were chosen as the research objects,they were divided into the control group （n=35） and the observation group （n=45） according to the principle of voluntary. The patients in the control group were given amitriptyline on the basis of the basic stroke treatment, but the patients in the observation group were given eitalopram on the basis of the basic stroke treatment.The clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated by Hamilton depression scale （HAMD） and the adverse reaction scale （TESS）. Results The scores of HAMD of the two groups had no difference compared with before the treatment （P〉0.05）. The scores of HAMD significant declined in the two groups,the scores of HAMD in the observation group were higher than that of the control group （82.22% vs 62.86%, P〈0.05）.The adverse reaction rate in the observation group were lower than that of the control group （37.78% vs 62.86%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of post-stroke depression patients by citalopram adjuvant therapy is quite.It has the characteristics of safety and efficiency, worthy of further promotion in the clinical practice.
