摘要
介绍了混铁炉内渣铁的控制爆破切割技术 ,包括爆破方案的选择、炮孔布置参数、装药量计算、起爆网络和起爆顺序、安全防护措施等 ;并着重从爆炸冲击波和爆破震动两个方面对爆破安全进行了校核。最后介绍了从本工程中获得的一些体会 ,可供类似工程参考。
In this paper, a controlled blasting technology for cutting of slag building up in a blast furnace mixer is introduced including the selection of blasting plan, the parameters for layout of blastholes, the calculation of charge weight, priming network and sequence, safety precautions and others. Specially, the check of blasting safety is carried out in the fields of both explosion shock wave and blasting vibration. Finally, some experience obtained from this blasting project are presented, which can be used as a reference for the similar projects.
