摘要
目的通过可持续增长财务战略研究,促进公立医院可持续发展。方法利用可持续增长模型,分析影响医院可持续增长的因素,建立可持续增长财务战略的基本框架。结果通过实例验证,可持续增长财务战略对医院可持续发展起到积极作用。结论可持续增长财务战略有助于管理者根据内外环境变化,及时调整财务战略,实现医院可持续发展。
Objective Through sustainable growth financial strategy research, and promote the sustainable development of public hospitals. Methods Using sustainable growth model, analysis the factors influencing hospital sustainable growth, establish the basic framework of financial sustainable growth strategy. Results Through the example, the sustainable growth of financial strategies play a positive role in the sustainable development of hospital. Conclusion Sustainable growth financial strategy helps managers according to the internal and external environmental changes, timely adjustment of financial strategy, and realize sustainable development of the hospital.
