精神分裂症的静息态功能磁共振成像研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 目前已有许多研究发现精神分裂症存在静息态脑区功能活动、功能连接上的异常。最近一项对精神分裂症静息态脑功能研究的荟萃分析显示,精神分裂症患者较正常对照者存在腹内侧前额叶、左侧海马、后扣带回和楔前叶的功能活动下降,而在双侧舌回存在功能活动增强,并指m腹内侧前额叶是造成自我意识功能失调的关键区域,
