摘要
目的探讨阿奇霉素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法将本院收治的85例支原体肺炎患儿随机分为观察组(43例)和对照组(42例),对照组给予阿奇霉素注射和口服,观察组在对照组基础上给予炎琥宁冻干粉静脉滴注,治疗2个疗程后比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果对照组总有效率为78.57%,观察组总有效率为95.35%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、啰音消失时间、X线体征恢复时间等临床指标改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿支原体肺炎,可显著提高临床总有效率,缩短临床治疗时间,具有临床推广应用意义。
Objective To explore the efficacy of azithromycin combined with Yanhuning in treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods 85 cases of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia in our hospital were randomly divid- ed into observation group （43 cases） and control group （42 cases）.The control group were given injection and oral with azithromycin,and the observation group were given Yanhnning lyophilized on the basis of control group.The clinical ef- ficacy of two groups of patients after 2 courses of treatment was compared.Results The total effective rate of control group was 78.57% and that of the observation group was 95.35% ,which had significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）.The improvement of fever disappeared time,cough disappeared time,tales disappeared time,X-ray signs of recovery time in the observation group was better than that of control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Azithromyein combined with Yanhuning in treatment of Mycoplasrna pneumonia in children can increase the total efficacy significantly and shorten the time of treatment,has a clinical application significance.
