摘要 为解决特殊地质条件下综采工作面顶板大面积垮落、过空巷及薄基岩巷道支护困难、末采期间冒顶事故多发、回采期间空顶距离长等顶板控制难题,以大柳塔煤矿和活鸡兔煤矿为研究对象,在综采工作面采取初采期间超深孔爆破强制放顶技术、准确判断顶板初次来压技术、过空巷顶板控制技术、过薄基岩顶板控制技术、末采顶板控制技术、回采期间架后悬顶处理技术等措施,有效控制了顶板事故的发生。 In order to solve frequently roof accidents occurred of the fully-mechanized coal mining face under the special geological condi- tion, for example, the large area roof falling occurred during the fully-mechanized coal mining period, difficult support when the coal min- ing face passing through the abandoned gateway and the thin base rock gateway, many roof falling accidents occurred at the terminal min- ing period and the long distance of no support roof during the coal mining period, taking Daliuta Mine and Huotuji Mine as study objects, a blasting forced roof falling technology with ultra deep boreholes at the initial mining period, accurately judge initial roof strata weighting technology, roof control technology of the coal mining face passing through abandoned gateway, roof control technology of the coal mining face passing through thin base rock, roof control technology of the terminal coal mining face, beyond powered support suspended roof con- trol technology during the mining period and other technologies were applied to control the roof accidents. The site application results showed that roof accidents were effectively controlled by above measures taken.
