摘要
试验以干玉米秸秆为试验材料,以乳酸菌为发酵菌,采用正交试验设计,研究生产优质粗饲料的最佳发酵条件。结果表明:在厌氧环境条件下,湿度为70%,温度为20℃,发酵时间为28 d,玉米粉添加量为1.0%时,发酵产物颜色亮黄、气味酸香,乳酸及蛋白质含量均最高,发酵效果最好。
Dry maize straw was used as experiment material and Lactobacillus was inoculated on the dry maize straw. Orthogonal experiment design was adopted to screen the best condition of producing high quality roughage,such as tem- perature, humidity content, fermenting time, and addition of maize powder.The results showed that the color of products was bright yellow,the odor was mellow,the concentration of protein and lactate was the most on the condition of 20 ℃ ,70% humidity, 1.0% additon of maize powder and fermented time of 28 days.
