摘要
目的探讨腹膜后腹腔镜单纯性肾囊肿去顶减压手术的方法和治疗效果,总结此手术方式的临床优势。方法选择2009年2月-2013年2月我院收治的单纯性肾囊肿患者90例为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组患者给予开放性肾囊肿去顶减压手术,试验组患者给予腹膜后腹腔镜单纯性肾囊肿去顶减压手术,对比观察两组患者的手术情况和疗效。结果试验组患者的手术时间为(46.25±12.01)min、患者术中出血量为(33.63±5.96)ml,疼痛感评分为(3.65±1.02)分,患者手术后住院时间为(5.99±1.87)天,组间比较差异明显,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。试验组并发症与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论使用腹膜后腹腔镜单纯性肾囊肿去顶减压手术治疗可以减少对患者的创伤,是一种安全有效的微创方法。
Objective To investigate the methods and effects of retroperitoneal laparoscopic simple renal cyst decortication operation, summarized the clinical advantages of this operation. Methods 90 patients from february 2009 to february 2013 in our hospital with simple renal cysts were randomly divided into two groups. The control group were treated with open renal cyst decortication operation, the experimental group were treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic simple renal cyst decortication operation, the operation situation and the effects were compared, Results Experimental operation time of the patients was （46.25±12.01） min, bleeding amount of patients is （33.63±5.96）ml, pain score points is（3.65±1.02）, after the operation, length of hospital stay is （5.99±1.87） d, the difference was statistically signiifcant. signiifcant differences between the two groups, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically signiifcant. The differences about complications in the two groups have no statistic signiifcance. Conclusion Laparoscopic retroperitoneal simple renal cyst decortication surgery can reduce patient trauma, is a safe and effective minimally invasive approach.
