摘要
产品服务系统作为持续生产和持续消费的新商业运营模式,可以应对全球竞争与环境恶化带来的风险。然而随着产品与服务的不断融合,二者在价值增值过程中的地位和相互作用却有待厘清。从价值链的角度出发,在系统梳理国内外相关文献的基础上,阐述了产品服务系统的内在价值基础,即闭环产品服务链的理论来源,介绍了产品服务系统价值闭环循环的内涵与特征,分析了闭环产品服务的价值增值环节与价值主体关系,并针对现有研究不足对该领域的未来研究提出了具体建议。
As a new business operation model for sustainable production and sustainable consumption, product service system integrated with closed-loop logistics can cope with risks accompanied by global competition and environ- mental deterioration. With the continuous integration between product and service, the role and interaction with them in the value creation process should be clarified immediately. From the perspective of value chain, based on ~l sxstcmalic review of research, this paper summarizes the value base inside the product service system, i. e. closed-loop product scrxi~.~, chain, and its theory source, analyzes the intension and characteristics of closed-loop value circle within product servic~ s.~st~,m, value added segment and individualities along the chain. Finally, gives some suggestions about future research on this field in the view of the existing research shortcomings.
