石门揭穿极软煤层超前板棚支护工艺的应用 被引量:4

摘要 福泉煤矿3#煤层极其松软,在石门揭煤过程中频繁发生片帮、漏顶,甚至导致回风瓦斯超限和诱发煤与瓦斯突出,针对这一问题通过现场工程地质调查及理论分析,明确了其破坏机理和诱发突出的主要因素,提出超前板棚支护工艺。在现场实践的基础上进行了施工工艺设计并成功应用于现场工程,可为该矿及类似条件的矿井石门揭煤提供技术参考。 No. 3 coal seam in Fuquan Mine is an extremely soft seam, rib spalling and roof fall frequently occurred in the process of driving through this seam in the crosscut, which even led to the gas overrun in return air and induced coal and gas outburst. For solving this problem, the site engineering geological survey and theoretical analysis were carried out, the failure mechanism and the main factors inducing outburst were made clear and a plank-shed advance support technology was proposed. Based on the site practice, the construction process design was completed and successfully applied in site construction, all of these can provided a technical reference for safely driving through outburst seam in the crosscut in coal mines with similar conditions.
