摘要
以LabVIEW为核心设计了ABS的车载性能检测系统,采用模块化的设计思想,有效地将测试系统按照性能参数进行功能划分,采用高精度且易于安装的传感器系统,用现代信号处理方法对信号进行滤波处理,提高了信噪比。友好的交互性界面,可实时的读取汽车实际行驶过程中对应的ABS性能参数,完成制动过程中对制动距离参数和方向稳定性参数的实时在线检测。检测参数更具实际意义,为汽车ABS故障检测奠定了基础。
With LabVIEW as the core design of the ABS Vehicle-mounted performance test system, using modular design concept, Effectively divide the system on the base of performance parameters,Sensor system with high accuracy and easy to install , modem signal filter processing method is performed to improve the signal to noise ratio.Friendly interactive interface, can real-time read the ABS performance parameters of the car corresponds to the actual process of moving, completed real-time online testing of braking distance parameters and directional stability parameters during braking . Detection parameters become more practical significance and laid the foundation for the Auto ABS fault detection.
