摘要
目的:探讨气道专职护士在重型颅脑损伤患者预防肺部感染中的作用。方法:选择112例患者,由气道专职护士对其气道实施系统化管理。结果:重型颅脑损伤患者肺部感(HAP)发生率由90.1%下降至67.8%,患者满意率由80.3%上升至90.1%。结论:气道专职护士在重型颅脑损伤患者预防肺部感染中具有重要作用,能有效减少并发症,提高护理质量及患者满意率。
Objective To explore the airway of a full-time nurse＇s role in prevention of pulmonary infection in patients with severe traumatic brain injury.Methods on 112 cases of patients admitted,by airway full-time nurses for its practice of systematic approach Airway management. Results Sense of severe cranioeerebral injury patients with pulmonary（HAP） incidence fell from 90.1% to 67.8%,patient satisfaction rate increased from 80.3% to 90.1%.Conclusion Airway dedicated in prevention of pulmonary infection in severe craniocerebral injury patients,the nurse has an important role,to be effective in reducing complications and improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction rate.
