摘要
目的:探讨热痹通片、蜈蚣胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法:把82例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片(IV),在此基础上治疗组加服热痹通片、蜈蚣胶囊。观察患者治疗前后疗效及ESR、CRP、IgA、IgM、IgG等指标的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为85.71%,对照组总有效率为65.00%,而且治疗组ESR、CRP、IgA、IgM、IgG的改善均优于对照组。结论:中西结合治疗组疗效优于对照组。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Rebitong Tablet and capsule centipede in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 82 cases rheumatoid arthritis,and all cases conforming to rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis standard,were divided into 2 groups including the treatment group and the control group,according to resourceful principle.Two groups were given with Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Tablets（IV）,The treatment group was given with Rebitong Tablet and capsule centipede,besides the basic treatment.Obserbe the variation of ESR, CRP, IgA,IgM,IgG pretreatment and post-treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group is 85.71%,and the control group is 65.00%.ESR,CRP,IgA,IgM,IgG of the treatment group have the improvement in the different degree.Conclusion The treatment group is superior to the control group.
