摘要 原油储集罐人工清洗存在劳动强度大、作业环境差、作业周期长、清洗质量差、资源回收利用率低、环境污染、施工人员安全无保证等问题。机械清罐工艺流程包括:剩余原油移送、温油循环搅拌、温油循环清洗、温水循环清洗、残渣人工清理。原油储集罐机械清洗系统主设备有回收装置、清洗装置、油水分离器等,辅助设备有惰性气体发生器、可燃气体检测装置、燃油蒸汽锅炉、三相分离装置等。储集罐机械清洗工艺与人工清洗方法相比,在技术、环保、安全等方面有绝对优越性和先进性。 Cleaning crude oil storage tank manually would bring about some problems including heavy labor strength, bad working environment, long--term working cycle, poor cleaning quality, low recovery rate of resources, envi- ronmental pollution and unguaranteed safety for the cleaners. Mechanical tank cleaning processes covers remaining crude oil transportation, warm oil circulation stirring, warm oil circulation cleaning, warm water circulation cleaning and manual residue cleaning. Master devices in mechanical cleaning system of crude oil storage tank includes recovery package, washing unit and oil--water separator, with inert gas generator, flammable gas detector, fuel steam boiler and three--phase separator as its supporting devices. Compared with manual cleaning method, mechanical cleaning process is superior and more advanced in view of technology, environmental protection and safety.
