摘要
长水平段水平井固井作业技术要求高,作业风险大。保障长水平段水平井固井质量,必须全面考虑实施作业中各种技术困难,从井眼轨迹校验、模拟通井、套管安全下入、入井套管居中保障、固井前的井壁清洗、泥浆优选等方面充分做好准备工作,保障固井质量。
Facing large risks, cementing operation of long horizontal section well demands high--level technology. In order to ensure cementing quality, it is necessary to take into full consideration technology troubles in the cementing operation and get full ready for it in checking well track, simulating pigging, safely running casing, ensuring casing centralization, cleaning borehole wall before cementing and optimizing slurry.
