摘要
本文着重阐述工程经济学理论和方法在地下水系统管理研究中的应用,并对求解地下水系统经济管理模型的二次规划算法进行了探讨。
The application of theory and Lechnique of engineering economics to the research of management of groundwater system is expounded herein and Lhc quadratic programming method for calculating economic management model of groundwater system is also approached.
