摘要
目的建立一种测定工作场所空气中磷酸含量离子色谱法。方法工作场所空气中磷酸雾用微孔滤膜采集,用超纯水浸泡经超声洗脱,用1.8 mmol/L Na2CO3/1.7 mmol/L NaHCO3淋洗液,1.0 ml/min流速,经Metrosep A Supp 4-250阴离子色谱柱分离,电导检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果方法在0.0 mg/L^10.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9997,最低检测浓度为0.0051 mg/m3(以采集75 L空气样品计),精密度RSD在0.78%~1.26%之间,回收率98.3%~102.7%之间。结论该方法各项指标符合GBZ/T《职业卫生标准制定指南第4部分工作场所空气中化学物质测定方法》要求,适用于工作场所空气中磷酸含量的检测。
Objective To develop a method for measuring the level of phosphoric acid by ion chromatography. Methods The phosphoric acid fume in the air was collected with mieropore filter membrane, soaked in ultrapure water for ultrasonic elution. The samples were eluted using 1.8 mmol/L NaaCO3 and 1.7 mmol/L NaHCO3 at flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, separated by Metrosep A Supp 4 - 250 anion chromatographic column, and detected by electrical conductivity detector, with peak area for quantitative analysis and retentive time for qualitative analysis. Results There was good linear relationship in the range of 0.0 mg/L - 10.0 mg/L. The correlation coefficient was 0. 9997. The minimum detection limit was 0. 0051 mg/m3 (75 L air sample). The recovery rate was 98.3% - 102.7% and the precision (RSD) was 0.78% - 1.26%. Conclusion This method has met the “National occupational health standards (GBZ/T) Part 4: Determination method of chemicals in the air of work-place”. It is suitable for determination of phosphoric acid content in air of workplace.
