摘要
目的:研制一种对脑组织损伤小、消除脑血肿速度快的微创导管,降低死亡率。方法:该微创导管由双腔硅胶软管、三叉管和不锈钢导引粉碎针组成,用导引粉碎针将双腔硅胶软管导入脑血肿内,经导引针内加压注水从多孔针头高压喷出即能粉碎脑血肿,拔出导引针留置双腔硅胶软管持续引流血肿至血肿清除。结果:临床应用该导管治疗高血压脑出血患者200余例,均能迅速减轻脑血肿占位效应,挽救大部分患者的生命,减少了后遗症,改善了生存质量。结论:临床疗效表明,该导管是一种便捷有效的脑血肿微创清除器械。
Objective To develop a minimally invasive tube for the rapid evacuation of intracranial hematoma with few damage to the brain tissue.Methods The tube was composed of a two-way silica gel hose, a three-way tube and a stainless-steel guide needle. The guide needle introduced the two-way hose into the hematoma, then the high-pressure water was sprayed out from the pinhead to crush the hematoma, finally the needle was pulled out and the two-way hose was dwelled until the hematoma was evacuated completely.Results Clinical trials for more than 200 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage proved that the drainage tube could relieve the occupying effect of the hematoma rapidly, and thus the life quality was enhanced greatly. Conclusion The three-way soft drainage tube is a convenient and effective apparatus for the minimally invasive evacuation of the intracranial hematoma.
