摘要
探讨了采用红外水分仪对不同煤种的全水分进行测定并选择确定最佳仪器参数的具体过程,通过红外水分仪法同国标方法进行煤中全水分测定的比对试验的试验可知:红外水分仪测定煤中全水分在一定条件下具有分析精度和准确度高、操作快速简单、自动化程度高等特点,能够满足煤中全水分的测定要求。
For different type of coal, the determination of total moisture were done using infrared moisture meter and the specific processes of how to make sure the optimal instrument parameters were considered, moreover, through the comparison test of infrared moisture meter method and national standard method, we could see that using infrared moisture meter to determine the total moisture in coal had characteristics like high accuracy and precision, simple operation, high speed, high automation degree, so that the testing requirements of total moisture in coal could be met.
