摘要
为了提高一模多腔模具的设计质量和缩短设计周期,先采用传统经验及公式设计模具的浇注系统,再基于MoldFlow 2010进行浇口位置优化分析与流道平衡分析,进而优化模具流道设计。
In order to improve the quality of multi-cavity injection mold design and shorten the design cycle, First we should design mold gating system by the traditional experience and formula. Then we can choose gate location optimization analysis and runner balance analysis based on MoldFlow 2010 to optimize the design of the MoldFlow.
