摘要
报废汽车回收利用和再制造能产生很大的社会效益和经济效益,国家因此出台了许多政策、标准予以引导和规范。对国家出台的十三个相关政策、标准的主要内容和所涉及的条款进行梳理,这些政策标准主要有两类:报废汽车回收类、汽车零部件再制造类。梳理这些政策标准的相关条款和主要内容将为其宣贯执行起到积极作用。
Scrap automobile recycling and remanufacturing （：an produce great social benefit and economic benefit, so the eountry has published a number of policies and standards to guide it. The main content and related terms of thirteen policies were summarized. These poli- cies and standards are of two main types： scrap auto recycling, auto parts manufacturing. By summarizing these policies and standards, it will play an active role for their publicity and Implementation.
