摘要
目的探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道侧击法联合套石术治疗输尿管结石的可行性和安全性。方法回顾性分析78例输尿管结石患者的临床资料。采用气压弹道探针对输尿管结石侧面予以敲击,使之碎裂或横经缩小,然后用套石篮套取结石。结果 77例碎石取石成功,成功率98.71%。1例移位于肾盂,经体外碎石排出。术中输尿管黏膜损伤7例,无一例输尿管黏膜撕脱和输尿管穿孔。结论输尿管镜下气压弹道侧击法联合套石术治疗输尿管结石疗效确切、安全,并发症少,是一种操作简单可行的碎石取石方法。
